近年愈來愈多男士接觸瑜伽,礙於日常課堂以女士為主,讓怕尷尬的男士未必可以完全享受課堂。 瑜伽不是女士專享的活動,對男士而言,可令你疲憊身心得到完全鬆弛之外,對修復肌肉健康非常有幫助。為了保持健康的體態與心理層面,可以將瑜伽與重量訓練、跑步等加入運動計劃之中一起進行,瑜伽對舒緩痛症、運動後修復非常有效,進而提升運動表現。
瑜伽練習著重呼吸,令思緒沉澱,讓大腦達到寧靜,提升意志力、思維等,同時可將執念放下。
男士專班,由男導師負責,更能同理男士在瑜伽上的難處及需要,透過課堂上的觀察,調整課堂程度,以基礎穩定為原則,讓男士也可以感受瑜伽的樂趣。
